Pros: The company is heading in the right direction, expanding and always looking for new opportunities to stay ahead globally. Management is considerate of all employees. Love the benefits and perks.
Cons: If you don't have any background in streaming video /cable industry there is a huge learning curve that can seem a bit daunting. But well worth it!

Cons: Management has trouble determining whether long or short term focus is best in a given situation.
