Being ahead of customer thinking.
Technical Services Manager:
Pros: The ability to be part of a revenue driven business. The need to spend time with the customer face to face. Participating in sales proposals meeting from a managed services perspective as sales support. The fact it's project and task oriented and requires analysis of specific business processes. Amazing benefits, flexible hours and awesome management.
Cons: The time it takes to get things approved through HR. The salary is below average compared to those coming to EMC from the street.
