Pros: There isn't much around, but cost of living is good and we are close to Harrisburg and not far from NYC.
Cons: There is nothing around. Jobs are limited and stores and retail is thin. People aren't super friendly, but are average.

Pros: Wellington is a friendly, international, compact city with wonderful public transportation, vibrant culture, professional sports, and beautiful scenery.
Cons: Earthquake damage can diminish the city's prosperity.

Take an investment course and learn to manage your money and your jobs money. Learn how to listen to people and how to use their strengths and weaknesses.

Understand your stakeholders and chains of influence. Don't under-estimate support you can get from other back office functions such as procurement. When calculating risk evaluation on tech projects make sure Sales take an active part to represent the customer view pre sales.
