Pros: I enjoy being able to use the knowledge and skills learned in school. Finally, in the apparel industry and working my way up. My favorite part of the job is the "newness." New artwork, new fabrics, new styles.
Cons: The culture in our small office could be a lot better. We have a great group of people on the team, but it doesn't feel like a team. There is a lot of unnecessary bad talk about other team members.
