Be open minded to change, Build a good relationship with the end users of the system. Be professional in your approach. Have clear and effective communication skills. Ask questions regarding the requirements from the business. Document any new processes and ideas and follow the standard internal process to get it listed as a requirement. Support the business and end users on the current platform and be willing to assist with training the end users.
