Awesome people and management. The benefits rock, but the pay scales is less than desirable . They took away bonus opportunities and gift cards. Lots of over time that's mandatory. All and all I enjoy the culture of the company.

April 2019
You need more than a pair of hands.
Team Leader, General in Swansea:
Pros: The people I work with make the job bearable.
Cons: Constantly changing environment, work loads increasing constantly without any extra staff in to assist through the changes, losing staff and not having them replaced and still expected to provide the same results or better. Pay isn’t great for what is expected of you and it seems that it will only be getting more intense over the coming months. Rumours that managers are being made redundant or going part time or having two shops per one manager are circling at the moment but no one knows whats true and what’s fabricated. Feels like we are now being trained to run the shop like a manager but for no extra pay to account for the extra responsibility and accountability that comes with it. For so long it has been drilled into colleagues that the delivery’s must be done no matter what. And now they have flipped that and are asking the customer needs to come first! Totally agree but getting people that have worked in a way for a long time to change to another has its challenges. More staff are needed!!
