Pros: I like seeing the progression of learning and seeing the pride in the children's eyes/smile when they know they can do something by themselves
Cons: I do not like having to purchase items to provide to the classroom having to do administrative jobs myself which take away from my teaching time All the time I spend at home in my own time preparing programing Not having a comparable pay rate for the work put in

Cons: Everything! The director is terrible and the place is chaotic and unorganized. The kids learn nothing for it to be called an academy.
