Pioneer Federal Credit Union is a good place to work, have great benefits, but doesn't keep up with industry pay levels for many career fields. Although it hasn't affected me, I see numerous instances where employees are terminated suddenly. I'm a firm believer that if you do a good job, you'll be rewarded.
