Structural Engineer:
I really enjoyed working at KPFF. Pretty good benefits and good effort from management to create a company culture. There are a lot of managers and you need to be strategic about who you get along with or else you may get stuck in one place.

Pros: There are plenty of places where one can work at here in SF if you don't want to be at home all the time.
Cons: The hoops you have to go through to move around the city (parking, public transit, etc) and trying to get somewhere early enough to grab a spot.
