Great Experience.
Structural Engineer:
Pros: I was able to work on world changing projects which impacts peoples lives across the globe. Great perks.
Cons: Travel time from my house averaged 4 hours one way to work. Traffic worsen every year. Monthly income not sufficient each year. Not good when it comes to giving Christmas bonus.

Being A Structural Engineer Is Challenging And Rewarding.
Structural Engineer:
Pros: I get to solve interesting problems and get compensated well to do it. Also, the work I do makes a difference and helps people.
Cons: I have to live in an expensive city.

Structural Engineer:
Pros: Challenging, lots of variety and a relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Not a lot of work in oil and gas.

Do This to Get This.
Structural Engineer:
Think practically, logically and methodically. Look at the problem from a worldwide lens and not an academic one. Engineering solutions are not one faceted. They have to be multi-faceted. Learn other talents to round of your education and get a broader view of humanity. It makes you a better engineer.

It Is An Awesome Field But It Depends On The Work Place.
Structural Engineer:
Pros: I love the challenges faced buildings daily. Each one of them teaching me lot of new things which cant be taught through theory.
Cons: As per me 1st is worst salary. No respect as an engineer. Always compared with architects. There is no interviews in many companies and believes in recommendations.

Cons: Can be overly bureaucratic, also depending on performance there may be liability issues down the road.
