Stress is not just a department title.

Pros: my opinions are valued as it pertains to my field (but there is always the possibility my recommendations will be ignored by mgmt., as at any company)
Cons: the constant pressure to do more with less. there is a point beyond which you can't go any further.
April 2019
Too much work and not enough employees.
Stress Engineer in Berlin:
Pros: Interesting and exciting projects
Cons: Salary too low, not enough training, cannot get holidays when I want them
February 2019
Stress Engineer:
Average to below average pay, and a lot is expected out of you without many tools / resources. Management tends to be a bit micro, but that comes with the industry. Teamwork and communication among members is solid, although streamlining is necessary.
