Store Team Leader in Perth:
Pros: I like how much there is to do all the time so it keeps me busy! always great staff as well.
Cons: I feel as though people that are working in new products every week multiple times a week aren't being paid enough for their extra work. That is much harder than customer service

November 2018
Store Team Leader:
The DM will change your hours to prevent you from getting overtime pay. Despite the uniform being written out in the procedures manual, she will attempt to write you up for not wearing an apron. In addition, she left the store manager alone in the store one morning when none of the first shift people reported for work at 10 am. According to Arby's company policy, there must be 2 employees on the clock and in the store for it to be open. Instead the DM told her to tell her when the employees reported and left the store to take tomatoes back to the Arby's she normally worked in. Getting the franchise owner to deal with roaches and broken equipment is a nightmare.
September 2017
Teamleader at Burger King.
Store Team Leader in Henderson:

Cons: Not enough pay or hours stress level.
March 2016
Do not work for this company.
Store Team Leader:
Pros: The discount is ok 30% off.
The staff as a person outside of work are really nice.
Cons: The staff working with them, especially management make the work place very stressful.
The pay is unfair. They go by percentage.
Floor moves is 1-2 times a week. With a short deadline. They set us up for failure when they change stuff up a few days before deadline.
Store Manager is always on back stock room or on the phone talking on the back making her easy money while the rest of us are working hard for our money.
The store manager & company asks a lot and for the pay that I'm given is completely unfair.
Store is always short staffed.
We do not get a raise if the company does horrible.
