Sr. Administrative Assistant Reviews
What is it like working as a Sr. Administrative Assistant?
April 2019
Too little executive power for the amount of personal responsibility I assume in managing the company.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in Cape Town:
Pros: The benefits that come with my Fiancé being the boss's son.

Too many duties to perfom, viz, business administration, manage health and safety, HR and payroll of employees, supervise an incompetent "assistant", and be personal assistant to my manager as well.

Immense learning opportunity and a professional environment to work.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in New Delhi:

April 2019
Understanding Management Team with great benefits.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in Boston:
Pros: Very accomodating when it comes to familial commitments that keep me away from work. I feel no pressure or stigma about the fact I'm a parent who has obligations outside/that take me away from work. Those in management, both male & female also prioritize their families. Generous annual review bumps, remote options can be available, one BTO pool.
Cons: being a non profit, the salary scale CAN be low, & non negotiable to ensure equitibility is kept level throughout departments.
April 2019
Exhausting but Fulfilling.
Sr. Administrative Assistant in Kansas City:
Pros: Any time you have the opportunity to help someone who may be in trouble with legal troubles or struggling with addiction, this is a perk to having this line of work. The continuous helping of others.
Cons: Underpaid and overworked. There is A LOT that is ask of my colleagues and I. We can't balance everything but we do our best.
