Pros:
I am committed to my job and they give me free hand to introduce all types of sports in their school premises. They provide me all necessary resources in time.
Cons: It's a private sector and your job is always on stake like for one mistake, they can kick you out.

Sports Instructor:
Pros: Freedom to be who we are, to be able to socialize with the guests and staff, meals and accommodation are provided, and the chance to be transferred overseas.
Cons: Language barrier and unfairness from upper management, long working hours, high risk job, and always working more than we are needed for.

Your boss will say one thing and do another 2 days later. Some times you'll get put in a bad spot from that. Save your money so you build your dream and stop building theirs.
