What is it like working as a Sonographer?

I am enjoying working here. The pros are there is a culture of support for success on department level down to individual level. This means management to staff communication and education is a priority, and staff to management communication is encouraged.Pay is good, as are the benefits.

Pros: Lots of learning experiences and opportunities
Cons: Not paid well enough, most jobs dont offer benefits and asked to over work while being under paid and crappy conditions

Pros: Sonographers, x-ray techs and nurses that I work with on my shift are awesome people to work with
Cons: They don’t appreciate their employees and they don’t give a good compensation/raise and if we get it.
