Overall basic computer skills and knowledge is a must along with being able to keep an open mind when working with the public of who may or may not know basic computer skills. Learn to keep calm and collective when a customer is angry and know how to handle these types of situations. Know the difference in XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems when troubleshooting problems.
