Cons: The compensation system isn't clear to me. I got a .31% raise for "meeting expectations"...That's actually a pay cut because of inflation of 1.2% for 2020.

Pros: Coworkers and direct managers are usually kind and great to work with.
Cons: From underpayment to lousy health insurance to constant layoffs, it's clear that the company does not value its tech workers.
