Kind of Mixed feeling.
Software Developer in Jammu:
Pros: For me, it is that I am in my home town otherwise there is not much in Jammu for IT Profesional. If you are doing freelancing and got the right kinds of clients then only it is really worth working here.
Cons: There are many IT companies in Jammu but all of them will always pay you lower than the average and take extra hours of work without any extra pay . There is no concept of bonus for good work and yes no recognition. They will rarely give credit for work.
