Awesome city and plenty of opportunities.

Pros: The culture is great, lots of smart people, and plenty of opportunities for social events.
Cons: The subway, aka the T, tends to be unreliable at times. When it's working it is fantastic, but when it's not you are cursing it. Also it is expensive to live in the area, which will hopefully improve over time as they build more residential buildings.
