Big city ideas with small town charm.

Pros: Everyone here is very pleasant, it's bike friendly and very green during the summer. The cost of living isn't as high as other large cities, and it has lots of potential for growth.
Cons: The city is located in Idaho, where the best and highest paid jobs are only found in Boise. Tech jobs, like mine, are especially unique for a state like Idaho. Boise is a great city to live in, but if you're looking for something better, then you'll have to leave the state.
