Social Media Marketing Manager:
Make sure the contract you sign is up to date, if the work is longer than the contract states, make a different contract and do not fall for the we will try you out at a lower rate for a trial period....I was kept on 5 months after my contract ended. The stress of the owner's trying to hide information from one another was daunting and the fighting between them brings much stress to all employees.
