Always busy, constantly doing something. Great people to work with and around. Love the environment. Pay is not what I want it to be. The compensation should match the work being done for the company. I am getting under paid.

Social Media Coordinator in Weston:
Pros: I enjoy a flexible schedule and an environment where my creative work is appreciated. People will often tell me that they liked what I posted, and will even share their ideas with me on what to post next. It's all-around a fun and friendly environment.
Cons: Communication with management can be lacking at times. For example, I didn't realize I didn't have to come in for holidays until months into my job. Little things like that tend to slip through the cracks.
