Shipping & Receiving Lead in Gainesville:
Pros: The people and the pay are great for the area. The work isn't a problem, it's the amount.
Cons: Honestly the amount of work for this location is way too much for the pay. Not many people stay and there is an extremely high turnover rate because of this. Upper management is amazingly out of touch with the lower tier employees. And very two faced when it comes to explaining problems. You explain a problem, they smile and say they'll get it fixed, then do nothing about the problems.
