Cons: Literally everything else.

Stress level due to addition of duties is sometimes overwhel.
Shipper/Receiver:
Pros: The industry. Most of my fellow co-workers.
Cons: Where I am located there are too many interuptions. Too many upsets in routine. Safety issues. Warehousing or lack of. Too many additions to workload that makes job ineffiecient looking at times. Lack of proper management. No training; forklift certifications. No safety. No human resourse.
