Service Delivery Manager in Secaucus:
Managers are great but the company doesn't value it's current US employees. Many employees went for years with no/tiny raises and no bonuses and CEO has consistently said that one of the main goals is to "Accushore" more US jobs (send them to other countries).

Service Delivery Manager in Chicago:

May 2019
Service Delivery Manager in Alpharetta:
Ciox Health is "new" company that was created out of 5 companies that were bought and merge together. With that being said it is a mess but they have plan to transform the company into a health care technology company. The good thing is this will bring in more technology and automation to company but eliminate many contractors and low level jobs. The new jobs will require a strong technical background which I have.
The the culture and benefits suck. The healthcare plans are awful and expensive, especially being in the healthcare industry. It is so bad, that my wife and I pay the working spouse surcharge to be her company's plan and it is still cheaper.
There is no 401k match so no point to use theirs when there is not a match. I instead put the equivalent money in my robo-IRA adviser with only a 0.25% fee.
The office at the Alpharetta (Bluegrass Pkwy) is very laid back. I get to where sneakers, jeans, and a polo each day. Even the Senior VP wears jeans and a polo.
This company has another year or two of turmoil before it really lifts off. They plan to move into a new office in Alpharetta and merge the two different offices. This will be the turning point I believe. Not sure I will make it that long but this company I have no regrets joining. The pay is great and I only work my standard 40 hours.
