Service Delivery Manager in San Diego:
Nothing here to want to work for this company. The IT DEPT is not organized and the culture is passive aggressive management with a style of micromanaging. The cio Brian who has no real experience is really a network engineer that creates a cliquish environment. The company doesn’t know how to keep or hire real candidates. I was hired to restructure a dept and then when I did that successfully they let go a few managers including myself. Looks like they just wanted to hire someone for 6 months to use them for their knowledge.
