It's okay, unless your aren't with the managers.
Server in Bellevue:
Pros: The workers and the guests that we server all typically have a good energy and spirit to them. It's fun to learn all the alcohol drinks and cocktails.
Cons: If you do have a concern that needs to be discussed, then it's most likely to be ignored. If management does have a problem with something you have done, it is never said to you or are you given a warning. Rather you are typically just written up and sometimes suspended without prior verbal warning. Most managers wish to only observe, rather than help their employees when they're going through lunch/dinner rushes. Many employees are not given adequate time for lunch or breaks, many are forced to eat leftovers from guests, others have just chosen not eat for their entire 8-12 hour shifts.

Company as a business is great, but they don't really care about the employees and only the share holders.
Server in Fort Worth:
Pros: Money is the only thing that is keeping me there.
Cons: The company does not release money/budget for essential stuffs for us to succeed. We would run out of produce and other stuffs during rush hour/holiday season.
