Small Businesses Expect More.
Senior Technical Support Engineer:
Learn to manage your time effectively. Learn when to say no. Explore and familiarise yourself with as much of the underlying architecture of the system/services as possible. The better you understand how it works, the better you can troubleshoot when it doesn't. This is also helpful when investigating and/or implementing new technologies.

Think Outside The Box.
Senior Technical Support Engineer:
Pros: I enjoy how busy I am and the fact that I get to analyze data about our data. I love sharing my knowledge with other people. It’s great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job.
Cons: Nothing. I love working because it's not a job, it's Holiday.
