Cons: Everything. Upper management are all undereducated white men. Benefits are being rolled back monthly and bonuses we're gotten rid of. They keep telling us it's to bring us in line with industry standards, but are then stunned when they have terrible retention with people under 40. We've gone from excellent service in the national interest to OK service in the national interest. Like my contemporaries, I'm trying to get out.
