Daily Mental Exercise.
Senior Systems Administrator:
Pros: Working as a Senior Systems Administrator for a small EdTech company gives me the chance to constantly exercise my problem-solving skills as I solve day-to-day problems and analyze what can be done more efficiently.
Cons: Because my company is closely linked to schools, it is also highly influenced by the school calendar, which can mean a very high volume of work at key parts of the year (especially around September 'back-to-school time). As my company is quite small, a very high workload can be placed on me during these peak-times.
