It Is Really Good To Get This Designation Very Early.

Pros: The work is challenging and the employee can get opportunity to work on different technologies.
Cons: No proper recognition. They won't give the opportunity to work on the technology the employer likes.

Pros: Initially it was a real good experience. Learning lot of new things. Coding, designing, leading a team, etc.
Cons: Working on the same project since 1 and half years. Not much to explore and learn now in the current project. Not happy with the increment after the promotion.
