Good learning experience.
Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: Get to work on multiple things. Management listens to feedback and responds quickly. Can study at Stanford while working.
Cons: Lot of politics. Too much talk and less action.

Senior Software Engineer:
Learn things on your own time. Read a lot of books, blogs, etc. Practice katas. Find your passion and go deep - be it testing, lean, continuous delivery, etc.

Work flexiblity.

Pros: Flexible work ours. Lot to learn, access to hardware, healthy work environment.
Cons: Management, facilities at work place, growth.

Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: Flexible Timing, Medical Insurance which cover parents also with a little extra premium , Good and Experienced Senior Staffs , Good Team Work.
Cons: Work Stress is more , Below average Incentives , Poor HR policies , Dress Code , Below average pay scale for existing employees.

A more defined structure of the job position.
Senior Software Engineer:
Clearly define your reporting hierarchy of the work you do. Require that you have a QA program to find flaws in the software you design before its release because it is un-reasonable that you will find everything.

Pay scale is good, but lot of corporate politics.
Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: They pay you well, good shift allowances/policies.
Brand name, company related policies are good.
Good opportunities for working abroad in support projects.
Fun activities is interesting.
You can grow and learn how to play corporate politics from the Managers .. ;)
Cons: In Accenture, 10 hrs of clocking per day (9 hrs logged) which is above the normal IT industry standard of 9 hrs.
I have been to only 1 support(L1/L2) project in Accenture, there is lot of corporate politics involved.
Unnecessary escalations from the Onshore team and the Offshore management is not capable of handling it.
Associate Manager manages team by bluffing individuals, promising them of better work but cannot deliver a thing. This also creates confusion among team members regarding their responsibilities.

Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: It is good to be a part of a huge company I.e Samsung.It will teach you lots of things about process of business.
Cons: Work is little less.
