Very Challenging, Good Commission, Independent, Flexibility.
Senior Sales Executive:
Pros: I enjoy inter-acting with customers, learning their needs and being able to advise them on how to buy a product they need not want. Being able to put a point across, earning a customer's trust, selling myself to them. Product knowledge and self encouragement helps a lot.
Cons: Unable to convince a customer to take a decision, my closing techniques sometimes lack, especially when it comes to a very difficult customer who knows more than I do or who treats me as if I don't know my product and simply go consult with another consultant.

Pros: Flexibility to work from home, flexible hours, the culture of the company.
Cons: Long sales cycle and competition.

Continuously monitoring other competitor’s brands activities. Getting order through buying house and export house. Proper execution of order and dispatch it on time. Analyzing the Market behavior & advising clients as per requirement. Sometime managing team of Acquisition Managers. Lead a high performance sales team and guide them in targeting new named accounts.
