Cons: Working with people who are unprofessional and self serving. Who are bullies and do not appreciate their colleagues.

Pros: The good about the Senior Sales Associate title is that the managers actually trust and believe in you enough to take care of business. You are a step away from being a manager so you are in direct contact with all managers at all times. Responsibility is great along with being able to back it up.
Cons: The bad is that if one thing goes wrong, there is no one to blame but the person accountable. Or so you thought. But if something goes wrong with a new hire or sales associate, its your fault because you did t direct them and guide them enough to make the right decision.

Daily, weekly, monthly reviews taking to staff and analysis the highlights and low-lights. Analysis of Mel growth or regrowth. Daily floor walk of store and setup good merchandising.
