Going from high school to college merely extends your educational experience. It does not necessarily pass along employable skills, a work ethic or the experiences necessary to earn a living. Take every job offered that is legal, ethical, moral and pays a fair wage for your work (don't accept slave wages for experience and question internships). Don't worry about quitting a job that you feel unsafe or unhappy performing (don't confuse unhappiness with poor performance driven unhappiness). If you enjoy your work and work in an industry you enjoy, pay and benefits become secondary. Working for pay and benefits will routinely result in work you don't enjoy.

It is your team's job to do the work, and yours to make sure they have what they need to do it. If you are technical, bite your tongue, unless it has to do with risks assessment, then loosen-up and let your knowledge/experience keep the assessment process moving.
