A lot of micromanaging. You have to meet certain numbers, but aren’t really told how you’re doing unless it’s bad. Not very many holidays off. The phone/email system has a lot of flaws. You can work from home, but it’s an all or nothing deal.

Cons: Corporate Culture and Communication is severely lacking. Zero room for advancement or acknowledgement.

Very Hard Work And You Must Have Lots Of Knowledge Regarding Tax.

Pros: Working with people and their payroll. Tax and IOD. Payroll and all the relevant changes on a monthly basis.
Cons: Low salary. Not everyone knows what you do.
