Pros: The high-density of quality food and beer options
Cons: The lack of frequent public transportation.

Leadetship does not have a good grasp of new age thinking and empowerment, there is still old fashion control and micromanagement.

Pros: Fairly laid back but very clicky and prejudice protectionism of Kiwis versus immigrants.
Cons: Fmcg industry is very ageism focused with no opportunities for immigrants with 30 years experience. They are not open to global experience and prejudice against not having NZ specific experience or networks.

Lots of autonomy and opportunities to grow, heavy workload.

Pros: Excellent culture and full of smart, hardworking, kind, and mission-driven people working to improve a great product. Within my team, many opportunities for growth, both in career advancement and skill development. Transparent communication between leadership and all levels of employees with very clear goals and timelines.
Cons: Understaffed so that each existing employee is responsible for a wide scope of work. While growth opportunities are on the table for our taking, sometimes feel like we're stretched too thin to take full advantage. Compensation (both for promotions and raises) decision-structure is also not super clear.

Cons: Toxic work environment at one of the offices. Under median pay scale is justified in that we are not CA's, so cannot be paid accordingly

Solid role and opportunities, with drawbacks.

Pros: No matter what type of job you want to do, you can do at JPMC. Pay and benefits are solid, but not best in the industry.
Cons: JPMC is such a massive company, that it can be difficult to make change. JPMC is never the first to do anything.

Overall great.

Pros: People are friendly and there is always something fun happening.
Cons: Traffic is horrible. Pricing for housing is terrible and these reports are not accurate. Pricing is close to that of LA or larger metropolitan areas and pay has not caught up in that regards.
