Cons: * Long hours. * Prolonged travel projects (different people may have different opportunities to travel) * Salary not the greatest.

Love The Company, Do Not Like The Clients.
Senior Management Consultant:
Pros: The company culture, when someone has a family member who is sick and they ask people to donate leave or their time, they are more than gracious, the tuition reimbursement is great.
Cons: Not much choice for work flexibility (remotely, flex schedule etc) in relation to being on a client site.
