Senior Graphic Designer Reviews
What is it like working as a Senior Graphic Designer?
February 2019
Doing what I love.
Senior Graphic Designer in Walla Walla:
Pros: I love designing and problem solving.
Cons: Never know what is going on. Very secretive. Coworkers are insecure because of this.
February 2019
Rewarding but underpaid.
Senior Graphic Designer in Seattle:
Pros: The people and the freedom and trust I've gained from my colleagues over the years.
Cons: Lot's of indecision and too many cooks in the kitchen for even the smallest of projects.
February 2019
Great place to live and work.
Senior Graphic Designer in Gold Coast:
Pros: Being close to the beach
Cons: it gets very busy during holiday periods
February 2019
Senior Graphic Designer:
Sun City Roseville is a beautiful facility. Pay is slightly above average, Benefits are good. Management is old school and there is inequality in pay. It could be more progressive. Directors are paid very well and allowed to occasionally work from home. The rest of the employees are made to punch an old fashion time clock and are paid a bit above average.
January 2019
Great opportunities.
Senior Graphic Designer in Houston:
Pros: Too competitive
Cons: Commute times
January 2019
Decent job with some autonomy, good people, hard to move up.
Senior Graphic Designer in Minneapolis:
Pros: My direct team appreciates me, and I can work independently for most of the day.
Cons: It's a fast pace, with frequent hot deadlines; and it doesn't feel like our local office has any sway with corporate, or ability to reward people who work efficiently and put in extra time. Also, they hire outside art directors, rather than promoting from within which is disheartening.
January 2019
Crap that every other company gets right...
Senior Graphic Designer in Bellevue:
Pros: They finally started offering coffee for free. People smoke weed in the parking lot to make it through the rest of the day.
Cons: Management has zero clue on what makes a company function. The old CEO saw the trends and abandoned the company to the new guy, who run it as a market-darling start-up. It's NOT a market-darling OR start-up. The emperor has no clothes and there are none in the company willing to say so. If they do - they are fired.
