Good place to kickstart your career/resume.

Pros: No micromanagement., that also comes with integrity that you must posses. Pretty steady work environment.
Cons: I can tell you one things for sure. Communication between managmenet could be drastically improved. Engage in your employees, they are the one doing the work for you. Dont speak promises and changes so highly, because they are never kept.

Untrusted and disrespected.

Pros: Certain coworkers and my direct manager, Being considered “the guy” who understands the installation process due to all my well respected past Installation experience
Cons: How I am so undervalued and not trusted at all. Having to provide 4 separate work orders to 4 different people in 4 different formats for every single field measure, installation inspection, service call, commercial measure and every other possible reason I am needed out of my office and in the field. Which is daily.
