Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR):
You will receive 16-24 hours worth of work and responsibilities that are expected to be completed daily during your 8 hour shift. You are managing OEM accounts so you are responsible to make sure the customer receives their orders on time to keep their production lines up and running. Your stress level will be very high all year round, not just during heating season. To excel in this job and company you will need a Bachelors degree since your years and levels of experience is not looked at by management.

Cons: The favoritism is horrible and so you will be stuck in a position knowing your qualified to apply for an opening in another dept. But if the hiring supervisor doesn't like you or whatever then you never get selected in the preliminary part of trying to get hired.
