Cons: Stress is relentless. Resources are poor. Not enough to even begin to provide level of customer service required by own company and expected by customers. Leads to exasperating levels of frustration. You leave feeling that no matter how hard you work it is not reflected anywhere. Not with client. Especially not with company.
