This is not for women.
Senior Civil Engineer:
This is men's world and women are not wellcomed . They are bullied out if they are better than men in their trade. This is very demanding job , not for woman wanted to be mother and wife . You do not have time to take care of home and children . Crazy working requirements , you need to be very tallented and passionate woman to stay in a job .

As a senior engineer , I am into contracts international.
Senior Civil Engineer:
Pros: As I am in international contracts, I have to get tenders, prepare for tenders according to its norms, see international contract/tender condition and conditions of that particular country, looking into the availability of labor, material, machinery, taxes and various excess duty etc. I will later analyse the tender for feasibility of working, get quotation from that particular country or locals, and quote accordingly.
Cons: Not to least about my job its my career, I love my career.
