Secretary in Crescent:
Pros: I enjoy a short commute from home to work. I love my community so it is nice to be able to help guide and mold it's young people through the school.
Cons: There's nothing negative about working in Pond Creek, as I am a resident here. (Pond Creek was not a recognized town on Payscale's options)

Working with at risk students is the reason why I come to work each day!

Pros: Making a difference with the student's that I work with.
Cons: The current pay for the many jobs that I am responsible for.

Cons: It's a very clique-ish community, hard to get too far if you're not born and raised here, have a lot of money or really into high school sports

Pros: i like the working environment around the office because its quiet and gives me an ample time to complete my duties in peace..i also get a chance to learn more outside my career.
Cons: sometimes i get assigned duties that are not in my field ofduties and experience without necessarily being taught how to perform them.
