Quality seafood at its best. Knowledge is key.
Seafood Manager:
Pros: Being able to teach people to cook seafood is amazing. Interacting with customers and having them share recipes and stories. Knowing that I am responsible for the department and training others to know I a knowledgeable crew that are dependable.
Cons: The inability to bring in certain items to cater to the Asian population better. Due to where we live some items are exceptionally hard to aquire. Being undermined by my manager and belittled.
