Imaging/Scanning documents for me is a routine job. The pros is you have decent hours and the job is basically self explanatory. The cons is after the work slows down there is nothing to do. If you are looking to advance in this field you may find out that this job is not built for advancement, you may want to try another field to invest your time in that will lead you to a successful career.
