Never a dull moment.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: It's filled with new projects, new opportunities for solutions and creating products and ideas from scratch. I enjoy the challenges and the ability to create solutions and work with highly educated team members who consider my opinion and value me.
Cons: It's time consuming as I am the only person below the Marketing VP and I answer to the presidents and the Sales VP. Basically I feel like I am everyone's go to girl without appropriate compensation. I also deal with individuals who are not capable at their job and they are paid more than I am and take advantage of being a team leader.
