Pros: I like the pace and working in a beautiful location. The interactions with guests and providing a smooth event planning from contract to execution. Being a part of the team is important to me too.
Cons: The lack of growth in the role and support in continued education. When you work with people year-round or with a software, you would like the opportunity to meet that person or have a training on that software. Those opportunities are not offered.

I really enjoy working at Martin Engineering, all previous Sales Manager were male and I'm the first female. What make me heartsore is the fact that I have the same responsibility as they did as almost 40/50% less income .
