Pros: You can walk outside at anytime of day and find literally whatever you want at the very moment within a couple blocks of where you are and at most 5ish blocks away...I mean litearlly whatever you're thinking can be answered by getting it or just have it delivered as they deliver just about anything to where you are quickly.
Cons: So busy ALL THE TIME...traffic, people on the sidewalks, tourists slowing up the foot traffic, it tends to cause some wear and tear on the psyche when taking that into account.
