Sales Associate Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Associate?
December 2014
Great job.
Sales Associate:
Pros: The people that you work with on a daily basis. You develop an extended family and the best part about working at Victoria's Secret is the amount of tourists you come in contact with. You never have to leave the USA. It's a lot of fun and the day goes by very fast!
Cons: If you want off holidays and you want a job that's 9 to 5 this is not the job for you. It's a demanding job given its role. Expect your feet to hurt expect to have customers be rude. You're dealing with the public. If you can't handle people this is not the job for you.

Room and Board is great place to work If you are satisfied not receiving more money for more responsibility and little incentive. The best thing about this job are the people you work with.
November 2014
Sales Associate:

Cons: I don't like my remuneration.
I don't like the management.

New Ventures.
Sales Associate:
Pros: The learning experiences associated with my position and my field is never ending. It's a field I have been working in for 2 years now and it is ever changing, due to that there is always new things to learn and teach.
My previous employer only dealt with re-sellers and now I deal with re-sellers and end users which is very challenging, but at the same time a learning experience.
Cons: I do not have the tools I need to sell, quote nor bill.
There is no focus on the Johannesburg branch.
Very high stress level and the travel time and distance.

You Have To Be Present To Win!
Sales Associate:
If you are not there then you do not get paid and the more you put into it the more you get out. Long hours but not hard labor work and can be stressful at times as there are uphill and downhill battles. Income is good but very often, it comes in waves and have to prepare for an off month every now and then especially in the winter months.
